What format are the photos in?
All Digital Diver photos are in JPG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by Digital Diver and it's partners. In the future we may consider this.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Digital Diver photos that I download?
Yes. While Digital Diver offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
How do I download a photo after they purchase it?
When you purchases a photo and pay with paypal you'll get an email with a link to the download page. The download page displays thumbnails of the images that you purchased. Just click on the thumbnail of the image then you can download them immediately.
Can I download your photos and submit to other Stock Photos Site for sell?
No, you can't do this. Please refer to our photos licensing and terms of use for more details.
Is my online purchase is safe?
Yes. All your payments are handled PayPal the worlds leader in online purchasing.
Can I use your photos in website templates, screen savers or online e-card services?
No. Photos are not allowed to be used in website templates and screen savers services.
Can I resell or redistribute your photos?
No. The resale and/or redistribution of our photos is strictly prohibited.
What is a lightbox?
A lightbox is basically a place where you can store the images that you are interested in. Think of it as a shopping list. Maybe you want a list for every client, or for every project. You can make as many different lightboxes as you like and then email!
